Hi, I'm Ashna, a recent graduate from London Film School. People and feelings are complicated, so I do what any reasonable person would do, turn them into stories.

While writing and directing are where my heart is, I also work as an AD (just a socially acceptable way to aggressively organise everything in sight.) I enjoy producing too, I love the particular thrill of holding a creative vision in one hand and a spreadsheet in the other.

I've worked across Mumbai and London, two cities that run on very different kinds of chaos. Moving between them has taught me to collaborate across styles, adapt quickly, think on my feet and find creative solutions wherever I land.

So to sum up, I’m currently a work in progress, proudly unfinished and very much enjoying the process!
